EFOS Foundation’s Mission Job Initiative is dedicated to empowering women by providing skills training and employment opportunities, especially in rural areas, challenging the stereotype that women lack the drive for employment and career growth.
Beauty Boro, a 21-year-old from Pathorighat, Assam, came from a family where her mother was the sole earner. Unable to continue her education due to financial constraints, Beauty joined the EFOS Foundation’s Mission Job. After completing the 10-day training, she was placed as a Customer Sales Associate at Reliance Smart Point, Guwahati, earning ₹9,600 per month. This job allowed her to support her family and become financially independent.
