Breej Kumar: Redefining Rural Potential

In the small village of Sohda, Kachhwa, Rohtas, Bihar, where opportunities are scarce, Breej Kumar, a 19-year-old, is breaking stereotypes about rural youth. Coming from a family of five with just one earning member and a monthly income of ₹10,000, Breej’s financial struggles forced him to halt his education after the 12th grade.

But Breej’s story didn’t end there. Through his friends, he discovered the EFOS Foundation’s Mission Job Initiative, where he received professional grooming and skill development training tailored to rural youth.

Thanks to EFOS, Breej secured a job at Reliance Smart Point in Sasaram, making him financially independent and enabling him to contribute to his family’s livelihood.

Breej’s journey challenges the stereotype that rural youth lack ambition or interest in skill development. His story is a testament to the potential that exists in every village when the right opportunities meet determination.

Let’s celebrate Breej’s success and support more stories like his. Together, we can bridge the gap between rural potential and urban opportunities.
